2019 Northern California Sisters’ Conference

Lunch will be provided at the end of the conference at around 1 PM. Note that there are no facilities available for onsite childcare. Childcare must be arranged personally or in your home locality.

The sisters who plan to attend (Live and Streaming) should register for the conference using the Google Form linked below:

2019 Labor Day Conference

Location/Hotel: Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Room Rate: $114/night *There can be up to 4 persons per room depending on the room type
 
Parking: $5/day with in/out privileges

(2) Call Central Reservations at 1-800-233-1234 and state the hotel as the “Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport” in Burlingame and refer to the “2019 Northern California Churches Blending Conference” room block. Confirm the $114 per night room rate. Be sure to request your confirmation number.

The hotel reservations deadline is Lord’s Day, August 8. We strongly encourage that the saints make their reservations as soon as possible.

  • $200 per child (register by June 2)
  • $250 per child (register after June 2 and by June 30)

Cancellations/Refund:

  • Full refund for those who cancel by June 30
  • $50 cancellation fee for those who cancel between July 1 and July 14
  • No Refunds after July 14

2019 Spring YP Conference

Spring YP Conference:

  • Date: 4/12-14 (Brothers) and 4/19-21 (Sisters)
  • Location: Alpha House
  • Registration & Payment
  • $60 for early registration before or on 3/24 (3 Lord’s Days before conference)
  • $80 for registration after 3/24
  • Please submit the payment to the designated serving one(s) in your locality/area with a memo “2019 Spring YP Conference”
  • No registration accepted after 3/31 (2 Lord’s Day before conference)
  • No refund for cancellation after 3/31
  • “And as they were going away to buy, the bridegroom came; and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast. And the door was shut.” Matthew 25:10
  • We encourage every young person currently attending the 7th to 12th grade to register for this conference. Please fellowship with the designated responsible serving ones listed nearest to your locality for any exception.
  • For those who are burdened to serve during the conference, please also sign up by Lord’s Day, 3/24.
